4. Pricing and Payments

• Payment methods accepted include cash, certified cheque, electronic funds transfer, and approved financing options.
• Deposits are non‑refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.

6. Trade‑In and Valuation

7. Warranty and Returns

Vehicles are sold "as‑is" unless a manufacturer’s warranty is provided. Any warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Returns are not permitted except where required by law (e.g., lemon law provisions).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Spec Auto Haus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of a vehicle.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration in Surrey, BC, administered by the British Columbia Arbitration Association.
